While our primary therapeutic approach is the superb, clinically and research-proven technique of EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing), the HEART system supports total mind/body/spirit healing through a combination of modalities including psychotherapy, nutrition & supplement consultation, lifestyle & communication skills development, and subtle energy/Ki work. Read our testimonials page to see how this holistic approach, based on the use of EMDR, has been so overwhelmingly successful for a wide range of issues.

EMDR* is accelerated psychotherapy... We offer short-term, lasting treatment to help you overcome depression, addiction, eating disorders, sleep disorders, phobia, chronic pain, relationship issues, direction/career, accident trauma/PTSD and much much more....

Our philosophy involves an integrated, holistic method of counseling and psychotherapy. Our primary approach is Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing--*EMDR . EMDR is a very well-researched and clinically-trialed therapy for the efficient and lasting resolution of a range of issues. A list of studies may be found here.

EMDR is an accelerated form of therapy that enables the client to release 'unfinished' past events which get 'stuck' in the subconscious due to the normal trauma response of the brain & nervous system. By reprocessing these old traumas in the safe presence of a therapist, you are no longer powerless to the subconscious limitations being retriggered by current circumstances, and can respond in a whole new way! Please go here or click the link on the right side of the page for more information.

We work from a *total consciousness* model of self-healing, meaning that each of us has the innate capacity for change and well-being on every level--spiritual, emotional, mental and physical. Bridging cutting-edge neuroscientific research, quantum physics, mindfulness/conteplative psychology and 'psychobiology', we integrate a range of therapeutic modalities within the emerging field of Psychoneuroimmunology.

Whatever distress or discomfort you are experiencing, rest assured that EMDR therapy can offer the possibility of deep, lasting resolution of symptoms, often in a much quicker time frame than conventional 'talk therapy.' Please contact via the booking page for a 25-minute consultation or to book sessions.
